A class for beginner-level learning about Jewish culture and the Jewish religion. This class is intended for those interested in converting to Judaism and their partners, as well as any other individuals who want to learn the basics of Jewish living, belief, and thought.
If there are no Intro to Judaism classes listed below, classes may be full or we may be in the middle of a learning cycle, please email rabbi@nhs-cba.org to be added to the waiting list for the next round of classes.

Thursday with Klau Library- Tour of Rare Haggadot
Thursday, Apr 25th 10:00a to 11:15aThe Klau Library on the campus of HUC-JIR in Clifton is home to some fantastic examples of illustrated Haggadot, used for Passover seders. Their collection ranges from medieval times through the modern era. Learn about the Passover rituals, backstories, and subtle jokes contained in these beautiful representations of Jewish culture throughout history Taught by Rabbi Edie Yakutis.
