A class for beginner-level learning about Jewish culture and the Jewish religion. This class is intended for those interested in converting to Judaism and their partners, as well as any other individuals who want to learn the basics of Jewish living, belief, and thought.
If there are no Intro to Judaism classes listed below, classes may be full or we may be in the middle of a learning cycle, please email rabbi@nhs-cba.org to be added to the waiting list for the next round of classes.

Drop-in Rummikub

Scotch in the Sukkah vs. Bourbon in the Booth
Shabbat, Oct 11th 7:30p to 9:30pJoin us for our annual event as we begin Hol HaMoed Sukkot at Barry & Laurel Wolfson's Sukkah! We also invite you to bring your favorite Scotch, Bourbon or other Kosher adult beverage to the event for donation to the NHS Kiddush Club collection. Delectable small bites will be provided along with some fun while imbibing. This event is sponsored by the NHS Men's Club.




Women's Torah Study

The Z Word
Wednesday, Oct 29th 6:30p to 9:00pThe Z Word: A Community Learning Series This fall, six of Cincinnati’s leading Jewish voices invite you to explore the complicated but important role of Zionism in Jewish identity. The Z Word series dives into facts, feelings, and labels in Jewish-Arab relations, the evolution of Zionism in America, and creative ways to build bridges out of pain. Each session is free, open to the public, and hosted at a different local congregation on Sunday evenings at 6:30 PM.
Fifth Fridays at Home
