Nurturing body and mind...
The Kavanah Couples is a chance for couples aged 45-65 to get away from the demands of normal life and enjoy time and space along with other Jewish couples of the same age. Each month we'll gather together and experience life with our hands, minds, and bodies. We'll meet at different locations to create, strengthen, explore, and create meaning with each other. And, we'll get to leave with a piece of our own making!
