We are excited to offer three new and innovative programs for all students in the Cincinnati area. Enrollment is open to all, regardless of membership at NHS. Below, you can read about each class before enrolling. Some multi-class discounts are available! Parents are welcome to join us, and please let us know if you might need to bring a younger sibling along.

Israeli Dance
Preschool  -  Grade 6

Instructor:  Idit Moss

In this high-energy class, children will learn basic Israeli dance steps, traditional circle dances, and camp-style line dances. Don't miss out on this fun class! (10 sessions: Dec 1, 8, 15;  Jan 5, 12, 19, 26;  Feb 2, 9, 16)

Out of This World Astronomy Club
Grades 4 to 12

Instructor:  Scott Montgomery

Have your mind blown by a new way of seeing the universe around you!

Do you ever ask yourself how did everything get here and why? Have you ever wondered if there is such a thing as nothingness and how it is we are even here to ask these questions? Are you interested in the Universe and how it works? If so, this group is for YOU! 

Astronomy is the study of the universe and all of its contents. We will seek to understand is how it all works together in beautiful harmony. Learn how our planets, stars, solar system, and galaxies formed based on some simple rules.

And, of course, we'll be watching the stars with a telescope during every class! (10 sessions: Dec 1, 8, 15;  Jan 5, 12, 19, 26;  Feb 2, 9, 16)
